Swill or organic waste is cooked and uncooked food waste from, for example, a kitchen or staff canteen. If you have enough organic waste, order a 120 litre swill wheelie bin. For hygiene and odour reasons, it isn't emptied but swapped for a clean one. Some businesses throw organic waste in the residual waste container, but a swill container has plenty of advantages.
