So what exactly are you signing up for? Below are the terms of the agreement. The general terms and conditions and the acceptance conditions apply to the agreement.
- You enter into an agreement for 1 year or one that can be cancelled monthly. If you choose a 1-year contract, after 12 months it will automatically be extended at the rate applicable at that time into an agreement for an indefinite period, which can be cancelled monthly.
- Rates for monthly cancellable agreements are 10% higher than the rate for a 1-year agreement. Want to keep benefiting from the low rate after a year? Extend your agreement by another year by sending an e-mail to info@containeronline.nl.
- Rates are reset every year on 1 January based on the national price level. You'll find the new rates on the website from 1 January, or otherwise on the first invoice of the new calendar year.
- On collection day, the bin must be accessible on the public road or at the agreed location by 07.00. Missed collections will not be compensated. Can't make it until the next collection day? Then you can request an extra collection at your own expense. The bin lorry follows a route, so it isn't possible to arrange a specific time. If you're not around at 07.00, put the bin out the evening before. Just like your bin at home.
- Had a large delivery or a party? Within your agreement you can always request an extra collection.
- You may only put waste in the bin that it is intended for. You'll find the full list in the acceptance conditions. If any other waste is found in the bin, a surcharge will be applied.
- The bin may weigh a maximum of 90 kg/m3. If the bin is repeatedly too heavy, the extra weight will be charged. This weight is based on normal use. If, for example, you have a lot of food waste or glass (= heavy), the bin may become too heavy.
- Invoicing is by direct debit. By signing the agreement, you authorise a SEPA direct debit for the monthly amount stated in the agreement and any additional costs (always agreed with you in advance).
- Want to end the agreement? A 1-year agreement always runs until its end date and can be cancelled monthly after that. To cancel, simply send us an e-mail.
- Once the agreement has ended, we'll collect the container from you and clean it. You'll receive a final invoice of 82 euros for transport and cleaning.
